Course Aim

This 10-week group coaching programme will take you from the point where you’re winging it and just about surviving but your business is running you, to taking back control, gaining clarity and direction and getting yourself in the best place to respond to the challenges of operating a childcare business in 2022 and beyond.

I know that many childcare business owners feel like they’re on a knifes edge, and more so now than ever before. I’ve worked with childcare businesses as a last ditch ‘rescue effort’. I’ve been told that I’ve been the one thing that’s saved them from going under. I’ve done the work, I’ve learned the lessons and I’ve made a difference. I’m proud of that.

I understand what it’s like trying to keep your business going in the current climate. It’s so hard, stressful and uncertain. Every day you wonder what’s coming at you next. I do not want to see another childcare business go to the wall and I’ve had to ask myself what I can do to help.

I want to give you the culmination of my 18 years’ experience of developing sustainable, viable, quality childcare businesses. And this programme is how I’m making the most difference.I know how to help you work out how to get more out of your business. I can show you how to develop a business plan, how to get to grips with your finances and start working out what options you have to build a bad ass strategy for the future. I want you to succeed and I can help you smash through the barriers in your way.

My approach is a blend of specialist knowledge of childcare businesses, supportive coaching technique and a dollop of performance psychology, which really embeds what I’m teaching. I don’t believe in building dependency. My approach means you’ll be able to use what I’ve taught you over and over again to get better outcomes each time. In this programme I’m going to take you step by step, through my unique tried and tested system for transforming childcare businesses.

I’d never asked myself what I needed to do to grow the business, I took for granted that because I was busy and had plenty of children, everything was OK. But once I started delving deeper into the business, I realised that being busy doesn’t mean profit, infact it’s been quite a shock to me how out of control of spending I was! I’m now also confident to say ‘No’, and that Profit’s not a bad word!!

I'm Rebekah, I'm a Childcare Business Success Coach & I work with ambitious childcare entrepreneurs who want to build bold, brilliant businesses and release their time & energy to build magical experiences for children.

I run The Bold Type Ltd which operates the Out of School Alliance and what I really love doing is working directly with childcare business owners either 1-1 or through my group coaching programme.
