A mastermind day is a relatively new concept to the childcare sector
Often we are concerned about competition, not feeling good enough or just feeling stuck, but on a mastermind day it’s not just about the host coming up with the ideas; it’s about your fellow masterminders helping create solutions and cheering you on.
This is the first of its kind for the out of school sector and we know it will be a massive success!
Hosted at The Buttery at The Lime Tree Hotel in Belgravia, London between 9am and 5pm on Saturday 21st May 2022, the mastermind follows on from the inaugural Club Central Conference held on Friday 20th May.
We know those of you attending the conference will be feeling inspired by what you’ve experienced, so we felt it was the perfect time to come together in a small group and start putting that inspiration to work for you.
Even if you’re not attending the conference but want to make a step forwards in your business, this day will be all about focusing your energy in your business in the right ways for success, whatever that is to you!
Over the course of the day, we will be looking at motivation, making growth happen and identifying the things that are going to get in our way. We will be masterminding to ‘Solve 1 Thing’ and we will build a strategy for success for your business.
The day will not just be focusing on business but also quality improvement too, with a focused session all around what quality really means and how to lead for a culture of real continuous improvement.
This is a small, intimate group day. There are an absolute maximum of 15 places available and we expect these to sell out quickly. The cost includes lunch and refreshments, along with a ‘swag bag’ with swipe copies of the materials I use to make these things happen in my business, plus a preview copy of one of the exciting new products we will be bringing to market in Summer 2022….!
