I think one of the biggest fears was spending an amount of money on the programme when the club could fold at any point. The conclusion was that if I didn't invest in this then the club WOULD fold.
I was just going from one thing to another and just being reactive to others. Being able to implement the time management techniques has had a massive effect on my working day - I set tasks for myself and for other staff with clear instructions on what is expected and when. Overall I feel that 'I have got this'. There is still a lot to do but Rome wasn't built in a day.
Working with you has been an absolute pleasure, you are a breath of fresh air and are so down to earth with your delivery and any advice given. You have given me the skills to look at the club from a business point of view rather than an emotional view all the time and enable me to make better decisions.
If I were to recommend the BBB programme I would say – it’s a game changer - it's worth every penny - brilliant and gives back control of your business and not your business controlling you.

My biggest fear was that it would take up a lot of time and money and possibly not make a real impact. But the BBB actually provided a specific, focused, weekly time to learn and hear useful information and strategies, and in turn, gave me a valuable structure for planning the development of the business, thus saving me stress, worry and time in wondering where to start, etc!
I also really liked being a part of a friendly group of similar business owners and it helped hearing about others’ experiences as well as being able to share my own; there is a definite sense of community and mutual support in the programme. Before the course started, I felt quite deflated, worried and uncertain about how to develop my business to be sustainable and professionally rewarding, both financially and in terms of work satisfaction. Throughout the course, I developed a better sense of what my business is really about, who we are as a ‘brand’ and how to promote and celebrate this properly amongst the staff team and the community we are in, as well as using this to plan ahead. It was particularly good to work with Rebekah as a coach as she has a very warm and friendly approach alongside a range and depth of relevant childcare experience and knowledge, so the coaching has authenticity and a direct professional impact.
